  We have dealt with Philbin Construction & Remodeling since 1990. Met Jack at a home show. He and his nephew Matt over the years have added a kitchen skylight & an exhaust fan in the master bathroom, new windows in our basement/living & dining rooms, new outer doors & sidelight, new screen doors, removed paneling & added 2 new windows in our family room, new siding and had exteriors of wood windows aluminum wrapped, installed a composite deck and added some fencing to create separate areas for our greyhounds and the fosters. Also have used their services as handyman to secure a light fixture in my Mom’s flexicore ceiling at her condo and replaced a garbage disposal. If there was ever any problem or question, I call Jack or Matt first and the situation always gets resolved quickly and happily. Their contracts are written in detail so there’s no question as to what/how the project will be staged, etc. Clean-up is never an issue with Philbin’s work crew. We have been thoroughly pleased with their work and the products they offer/use. We plan on using Philbin in the future as I will not use anyone else. Martha & John Ward
